Try some new ways to keep active and healthy from home. Adults should aim to take part in at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity a week. This includes building strength to keep muscles bones and joints strong.

Why not get outside and take a walk, jog or run? If you have a bike, hop on and peddle to reach your goals, whilst getting in some well earned fresh air!
