EXPLORE LEEDS WITH THE LOVE EXPLORING APP

If you Love Exploring, then join in with the city’s first ever bug hunt across Leeds parks this Easter … The Love Exploring app uses the magic of augmented reality to bring to life amazing sights on a smartphone – opening up a magical world of mini-beasts and uncovering some amazing facts! The brand-new Mega Mini-Beast game will run from 1 April to 6 June in the following Leeds parks:

  • Armley/Gotts Park
  • Bramley & Bramley Falls Park
  • Cross Flatts Park

Use the map on your smartphone to guide you to the nearest character, you’ll get an alert when you are close, then view it on your screen and take a photo to remember your fun day out! There’s even a quiz to play, linked to the national curriculum that will test parents’ and children’s knowledge.

There are over 20 walking trails to discover, including the Street Art Trail in Leeds city centre, with its ever-growing collection and the relaxing Mindfulness Trail in Roundhay Park. The games and guided trails have been designed to be enjoyed by everyone.
