LEEDS ENCOURAGING ACTIVITY IN PEOPLE (L.E.A.P)

What is LEAP?

LEAP (Leeds Encouraging Activity in People) is a targeted community programme for people aged 18 and over who are currently physically inactive, have a long-term medical or mental health condition, and are likely to benefit clinically from taking part in regular physical activity.

LEAP is designed to help eligible people move more and become more active. It is not a weight management programme. Participants should feel ready to make positive changes to their behaviour and work towards a more active lifestyle.
