Falls Prevention – helping people stay active, independent and confident

Our friendly Strength & Balance sessions are for people aged 60+ who want to improve their strength, balance and mobility.

Sessions include a mixture of chair-based and standing exercises, delivered in community settings across Leeds.

Who can take part?

You may be suitable if you:

  • 60+
  • Can walk, with or without a walking aid
  • Can get up from a chair
  • Can follow instructions independently
  • Have had a fall or feel at risk of falling
