Stay active at home with the family by taking part in some fun activities!
Take part in home workout videos, take a stroll around your community or a spot of cycling! Keeping active as a family is a great way to encourage children to be active as well as great family time! Remember to aim for an average of 60 minutes of physical activity a day for children, 3 hours for under 5's and 150 minutes a week for adults.
Why not get the children to produce a progress sheet so they can track their activity!
