A Studio Cycling class is great for developing muscular strength and endurance as well as general health and wellbeing. As well as being suitable for all this class allows people of completely different fitness levels to ride side by side. Workout time will be 45 minutes or 30 minutes depending on total duration of the class as the advertised class time includes a safety check and set up of bikes.

RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. Your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. Please be aware that flashing lights are used in these classes. Therefore, this may not be suitable for those customers with Photosensitive Epilepsy.

A coached session for those aged 16+. This session aims to maintain or improve fitness and, or your stroke. Please note this is not a swimming lesson.
