For the ultimate workout, introduce yourself to the training rig (only available at Holt Park Active and Rothwell Leisure Centre). Our instructors are on hand to provide you with the best techniques to get the most out of your time using the rig.
If a group environment is more your thing, why not book on ‘Synrgy’ circuit based group exercise class. This class is an innovative, effective fitness system which combines the latest training techniques and methods. Suitable for all ability and fitness levels.
