At the John Charles Leisure Centre we offer an 8 rink indoor bowls hall, bowls leagues, bowls memberships, a café/bar and a meeting room.
How to book a rink
Enquiries and bookings can be made at the bowls centre reception or over the phone on 0113 378 8234. Casual bookings can be made seven days in advance. If you have a LeedsCard or Active Leeds membership you can book up to nine days in advance and are able to book online.
LeedsCard Extra discount is available.
Please give 24 hours notice for a cancellations.

Leeds and District Indoor Bowls Club
The indoor bowls centre at John Charles Centre for Sport is home to the Leeds and District Indoor Bowls Club. The club caters for all ages and abilities, from beginners looking to try out the sport to experienced players wanting to compete.

Indoor woods and shoes can be hired from reception.

Free parking spaces outside of the centre with more free parking available on the complex.
Disabled facilities include reserved parking for disabled drivers, level entrance, automatic entrance doors, induction loop, accessible changing and shower facilities, tactile signage, boards for wheelchair access to the bowling green, frame for collecting woods, bowls wheelchairs.
