Splash and Chat at Bramley Baths
Our Splash and Chat event at Bramley Baths were super inspiring! Bringing together a community of women, we delved into heartfelt conversations about menopause, creating a safe space for shared experiences and support. As the discussions unfolded, a sense of community blossomed. Attendees discovered common ground, realising that they were not alone in their experiences.
After the enriching conversations, we headed to the pool for a refreshing swim. We had the whole pool for ourselves. This gave another opportunity to swim and chat and reflect on earlier conversation. Overall, everyone left fully recharged and refreshed to take on their personal menopause journey.
