The advice is now to stay at home, excluding key workers. There are lots of ways to try keep your body and mind healthy at home. By doing so we can avoid stress and inactivity during this period. It is important to support others to become and remain active. At the moment, we are able to take advantage of the outdoors for a walk, run or cycle. Please keep up to date on the latest government advice for guidance regarding these activities​​
