Junior Membership Activities

Supporting our youngest members

We welcome young people to access our gyms from the age of 12. Lots of young people choose Active Leeds as their venue of choice when choosing to get active and start their fitness journey. We ensure we have the staffing resources in our gyms across the city to ensure young people are fully supported on their journey and have the level of support that best meets their needs.

We welcome all young people 14 plus into our fitness classes.

Gym Appointments

Your Junior Membership includes access to the gym but you will need to have a gym appointment where you will be provided with a personalised programme and be introduced to the equipment. The cost of your appointment is included in the cost of your membership. For those wishing to attend the gym on a pay and play basis a charge will be made for the appointment. They take approximately one hour and include using the cardio and resistance machines. The appointment is a practical session so you need to wear appropriate clothes and footwear to use the equipment.

What is the Breeze Pass?

The Breeze Pass has replaced the Breeze Card. The Breeze Pass is a digital pass that sits on your phone giving you some pretty cool discounts, VIP experiences, priority bookings and offers to venues, events and different activities across the city and West Yorkshire.
