Active Leeds for Health supports individuals and groups with health problems and long term health conditions to lead an active, healthy life. The Active Leeds for Health team delivers a range of activities to support people to self-manage their health conditions through physical activity and support those at risk of falling to improve their strength, balance and coordination.
Programmes are delivered in a range of venues including local community hubs and leisure centres. Each activity session is delivered by a qualified and experienced member of staff who have created a supportive and welcoming environment for all participants.
